Our coaching model is based upon (1) the latest scientifically validated, evidence-based behavior change theory and practice, adapted and modified by us to accommodate the logistical and financial realities of workplace delivery, and (2) upon the concept that behavior modification requires an approach which offers multiple coaching interactions that are (i) customized to meet the needs of each person served, (ii) frequent, and (iii) for the duration necessary to achieve lasting success.

Our coaches “weave” a variety of coaching principles into a unique “web”, or coaching regime to meet the unique needs of each person coached.  The behavior change principles we apply include those contained in the Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change, Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic Psychology, Positive Psychology, Health Belief Model, as well as from others available in the public domain.
