Our Methodology
Resource Integration
As a key component of our coaching process, our wellness coaches capitalize on their position in the workplace as the “center of influence” of “all things wellness” (at the employee level) to promote, guide the use of, utilize, administer and integrate all available wellness and safety resources as supportive tools in the behavior change process. These support tools include educational, testing and programmatic resources that our coaches provide directly to employees, including:
- Continuous administration, right in the workplace, of blood pressure and body composition testing
- Onsite educational seminars, lunch and learns, and other small group educational sessions
- Distribution and discussion of a steady stream of hardcopy health and wellness information
- Development, promotion and administration of structured health promotion programming (e.g., weight loss competitions, walking/exercise programs)
We also manage and administer all other resources made available by our customers and their health insurance carriers/consultants (e.g., blood screens, HRAs, personal health portals, health fairs).
