When we pioneered our onsite wellness coaching model in 2002, very few, if any, workplace wellness providers offered onsite wellness coaching services. This is still true today, despite growing recognition that onsite delivery offers the greatest potential for workplace wellness success.

Realizing that the existing infrastructure and systems developed to support traditional wellness programming (especially technology-based wellness coaching) could not accommodate the highly specialized logistical requirements and demands of onsite delivery, we developed and built the management and operations infrastructure necessary to do so.

Unmatched Support Platforms

The provision of onsite wellness services is our exclusive business focus. For us, wellness coaching is not just about putting people in the workplace and calling them coaches. Coaching is not simply wellness coordination, education or promotion. Nor is it simply one-time counseling immediately following a blood screen or HRA. Wellness coaching is a specialized skill that must be learned, practiced, and supported every day.

Our infrastructure includes two unique and proprietary onsite support platforms that accommodate the geographic dispersion of our wellness coaches and the specialized data needs of onsite delivery:

• CoachWell, our onsite staff training and development, and quality control platform
• StageCoach, our onsite coaching and reporting software designed specifically for use in the onsite coaching setting (note: StageCoach can be customized to meet employer/carrier data capture/sharing requirements)

To the best of our knowledge, there are no other comprehensive onsite-specific coaching support or software platforms in existence.
