Operationally, here's how our process works. We dedicate one (or more) of our Wellness Coaches to work with our clients and their employees:
- For a fixed number of hours per week or month
- With an agreed upon schedule permitting him/her to circulate throughout our customers' facilities in a non-disruptive fashion, systematically and regularly interacting with employees, in all work groups and locations
- Averaging over 40 coaching interactions with individual employees each day, with individual interactions ranging between 3 and 15 minutes
In the aggregate, our coaching interactions comprise a customized and flexible process, not a series of stand-alone, canned, or scripted programs or activities, with:
- All coaching components occurring in a continuous flow - educating, administering health tests, building trust, motivating improvement, counseling...coaching
- Each component reinforcing, building upon and supporting the others
- Interactions customized for each individual according to their needs, and designed to be consistent with who they are, and what they want
