As a result, we overcome the participation weakness of traditional remote, indirect, or passive wellness delivery technology, achieving up to 95% employee participation and engagement in wellness.

Reduction In Employee Health Risks — As a direct result of our very high levels of employee participation and the power of our face-to-face coaching process, we  achieve substantial reductions in overall employee population health risks. And it is has been proven through 20 years of research that health risks and healthcare utilization trend in the same direction. Meaning that as you decrease your population's health risks, you will see decreases in healthcare utilization. It's that simple!

Further, because we work continuously with each employee according to their own needs, rather than target or provide episodic programming for the "health risk dujour" , we impact all health risks — across the board — from nutrition, to exercise, to smoking cessation, to stress, to obesity and diabetes.
